Henry House

A house designed to fit the needs of a designer himself and additional tenants looking to rent. Primarily the home was designed to look like one singular house on the exterior but function as two separated units on the interior. Located Just West of a downtown district and Just south of a retail sector, the house becomes a zoning bridge that stitches traditional suburban homes with busy commercial, retail buildings. The home makes a strong gesture towards the retail district taking advantage of an alley to the North and opening up views to the downtown district.
