Our 1st place competition entry for a development aimed to provide exciting, modern, and low income housing in Midtown Detroit. Our design direction was to create Housing that is Modular and Pre-fabricated. By creating a prefabricated “exoskeleton” made from commodity materials such as Concrete, and inserting prefabricated living spaces, the homes can stay affordable while have diversity in floor plan and Curb Appeal.
